Iselin is an experience herbalist with focus on women’s bodies and the female physiology. She offers a holistic approach to health, wellness and healing. Iselin’s practice is rooted in evolutionary herbalism, with the understanding that in body, heart, mind and spirit are interconnected, and therefore, must be treated as such. Through herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, nutrition and earth-based healing Iselin offers valuable advice and support on your healing journey. Iselin recognizes the need to understand and treat the whole person to support long-term, full-body health.
My herbal practice is based in universal principles found in traditional forms of medicine worldwide; weaving understanding of constitutional systems, herbal energetics, organ system affinities, physical anatomy and physiology, tastes and qualities of herbs, and the unique connection between the physical and spiritual properties plants and individuals.
The wisdom of nature is at the core of my practice. Central to my approach and understanding of herbal medicine is learning the plants directly from the plants themselves, and to study patterns, rhythms, and cycles found within nature.
