“Vessel” Greece Retreat May 2025

It is with so much joy and excitement I invite you to join myself and Lena in Greece next year, at the beautiful Kea Retreat on Kea Island.

Together, Lena and I have put together what truly is our dream retreat; a fusion of herbal medicine and plant wisdom, gentle yoga practices, meditations and ceremonies, and spaciousness to enjoy our beautiful retreat space that is Kea.

An unforgettable experience created to enrich all of your senses, with practices to anchor us home into our bodies- and open our minds.

Some of the highlights include herb walls and creating herbal potions, sipping blue lotus tea overlooking the Aegean ocean, eating incredible food prepared by world class chefs, and swim in the crystal blue waters.
